Mikro-og Minikraft AS was renamed Gauldal Consult AS the 19th of Desember 2008. The company was founded in december 2004. Today it is owned by NTNU Technology Transfer (18%), Gauldal Energi (72%), Midtre Gauldal municipality (5%) and Holtalen municipality (5%).
